We may engage third-party vendors (contractors, lawyers, government liaisons) to provide certain services. While we exercise due diligence in selecting vendors, we are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servefar's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, property depreciation, or emotional distress.
You agree to indemnify and hold Servefar harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, personal data, financial records, and property details. This obligation continues even after termination of services.
Exceptions include disclosure required by law, court order, or government authority.
The service period will be specified in the Service Agreement (e.g., Quarterly, annual, or project-based).
You may terminate services by providing 30 days' written notice. You are responsible for fees and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Upon termination, we will provide all property documents, financial records, and keys in our possession. Any outstanding fees must be settled before final handover.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Servefar and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, riots, or infrastructure failures.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
Changes to individual Service Agreements require written consent from both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the individual Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Servefar, superseding all prior communications and agreements.
