Prabhu Ram is a BITS Pilani alumnus with over 25 years of experience across premium real estate, housing finance, CRM, collections, and customer experience. Prior to joining Servefar, he served as AVP at Kalpataru Limited, one of India's foremost real estate developers. As CEO, Prabhu oversees all business operations, client management, and organisational growth, bringing institutional rigour and executive leadership to Servefar's expanding portfolio.
Azath Rayala serves as Chief Operating Officer at Servefar, responsible for the end-to-end operational delivery of all property management services. He oversees property inspections, tenant management, vendor relations, and service quality across Servefar's entire portfolio. His leadership ensures that every commitment made to a client is executed with precision, consistency, and accountability at the ground level.
Ravi Tej serves as General Manager at Servefar, overseeing day-to-day business operations and cross-functional coordination across the organisation. With a hands-on approach to leadership, he works across operations, client servicing, and business development, contributing to Servefar's continued growth and operational excellence.
