If we detect any encroachment or security breach, we notify you immediately with photographic evidence. Within 48 hours, we assist you in filing police complaints or legal notices to safeguard your investment.

Do you provide maintenance services for vacant plots?

Yes. In addition to monitoring, we offer upkeep services such as clearing overgrowth, repairing fencing, and arranging basic maintenance for a nominal additional fee, ensuring your property remains in optimal condition.

Is a Power of Attorney necessary for land monitoring?

No, a Power of Attorney is not required for basic Plot & Land Monitoring. We only recommend it if you require our assistance with legal filings, dispute resolution, or obtaining construction permits.
