Can I refer multiple types of people?

Yes. You can refer property owners, tenants, and business partners simultaneously. Each category has its own reward structure.

How do I track my referrals?

We email you when someone uses your link, when they engage with our team, and when they complete a transaction that earns you rewards.

When do I receive my reward?

Credits and commissions are processed within 7 days after the referred party completes their payment or signs their lease.

Can I refer someone who already knows about Servefar?

Only if they haven't contacted us or used our services before. Referral bonuses apply to first-time customers only.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No limit. The more qualified referrals you send, the more you earn.

What if my referral doesn't convert immediately?

Your referral link remains valid for 90 days. If they sign up within that window, you still earn the reward.
